Since July 2024, we have been moving into our new location, the Interxion FRA15 in Frankfurt am Main. With state-of-the-art technology, high power capacity and unique energy efficiency, the data center convinces us for the future.
The Interxion FRA15 Datacenter is equipped with multi-level access controls, video surveillance, advanced fire and water detection as well as a 24h security service. In addition, the Interxion Datacenter is ISO27001 and BS25999 certified.
At Interxion, "Availability" and "Reliability", the two components of availability, are high on the agenda. This is because colocation in Interxion's state-of-the-art data centers offers a wide variety of power supply options including full backup / cost-effective air conditioning. Interxion even offers 99.999% Availability - actually even more than Tier 4.
We cover 100 percent of our electricity requirements with renewable energies. As a pioneer in the development of energy-saving data center designs, our goal is to continuously reduce our CO2 emissions. In doing so, we use a wide range of resources from Arctic winds to aquifers to the North Sea.
We operate a part of our infrastructure in the SkyLink data center in Eygelshoven, which was built according to Tier-3 standards. The data center is geographically located exactly between the two largest nodes worldwide (DE-CIX and AMS-IX). Our network benefits significantly from this location due to its proximity to the important nodes.
